Mental Health Message
Dear Parent/ s,
I have received all this helpful information from Enfield psychological services and from a parent who has accessed it and found it very supportive.
There is a wealth of information on signs of anxiety in children, ideas to help and useful websites plus where to go for help.
Many children and adults have increasing levels of anxiety at this time and it is good to know some simple ideas to help at home. I have tried some of the breathing exercises myself and they do focus the mind and instill calmness. Please look and I do hope you find it helpful.
